Stuffed Bangda/Mackerel recipe
Mackerel is found in both temperate and tropical seas and is highly valued for its flavor and nutritional content.
Mackerel is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are beneficial for heart health and brain function. It is rich in protein, vitamins (such as vitamin D, vitamin B12 and niacin) and minerals (such as selenium and magnesium). Because of its nutritional profile, mackerel is considered a healthy seafood choice.
It's worth noting that mackerel is a fatty fish, so if you're on a low-fat diet or have certain dietary restrictions, you'll need to moderate your consumption.
