Chicken Cafreal

Ingredients:

Chicken curry cut750 gm

  • Coriander leaves bunch
  • green chilies 4-5
  • Black pepper ½ tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 1tbsp    
  • Cloves 5-6
  • Cinnamon 1 inch piece
  • cashew nuts 7-8
  • onion 1
  • garlic 4-5
  • chopped ginger 2 tbsp      'Chicken Cafreal recipe' 
  • sugar 1 tbsp
  •  turmeric ½ tbsp
  • vinegar/ Lime juice 2 tbsp
  • salt 1 tbsp
  • oil 4 tbsp
  • water

Chicken Cafreal Method:

  •  In a mixer jar add all the above ingredients except oil. Make a thick, smooth paste and apply it on a chicken piece.
  • Marinate it overnight. Heat oil in a pan and fry pieces. Chicken Cafreal recipe 
  • Take another pan. Put two tablespoons oil in it.
  • Add fried chicken pieces. Add ¼ cup of water. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
  • And it's ready to serve.
